Purchasing Process

Here is an overview of the purchasing process:

1. Product selection and quote:

Select your product! If you require recommendations, we'd be happy to assist you by discussing your requirements, and will provide you with options to choose from. If you have an item in mind, please contact us and we'll be able to provide you with a quotation and estimated delivery time on the item. .

2. Shipment method selection:

Note: The following option only requires selection when an item is not in stock and requires to be imported specifically for you.

Select your shipment method! At present, we offer these shipment methods:

Air (EMS): Air express mail server. Approximate delivery time is 1 ~ 2 weeks.
Sea: For larger and heavier items, or for those that aren't in a rush and would like to save some money on shipment! Approximate delivery time is 6 ~ 8 weeks.

We will recommend the best shipment method options depending on several factors such as size and weight of the items, availability and your time requirements.

3. Payment:

Once the item and shipment method has been selected and you have received a final quote from us, you can choose from one of the available payment methods. At present, we accept the following methods (in the preferred order)

Note: Some payment methods incur additional fees that are imposed by the financial institution. Please ensure you read all appropriate information before finalising your order.


4. Order confirmation and delivery:

Once your order details and payment has been received and confirmed, we will initiate the shipment process by ordering the item for you (if not already in stock), and packaging and shipping the item to your door.

Shipment options will be as follows:

Australia: Registered Post (standard) Express Post or Courier (optional)
International: Air mail, Sea mail, Internatinal courier (optional)

Should we expect any delays, we will contact you with an update and set realistic expectations, to ensure you are satifsfied throughout the process.

Once your item has been shipped, we will contact you a few days later and ensure that everything has arrived safely and to your satisfaction!
